I specialize in relationships, whether they are romantic, platonic, familial or professional. I also help clients develop better relationships with themselves. I work with clients to establish boundaries, determine priorities, develop greater self-compassion, and align their actions with their values. I bring a trauma-informed, strengths-based, and client-centered approach to my work. I believe in your ability to grow, change, and heal even in incredibly difficult circumstances. I create a supportive and empowering environment, while also challenging my clients to consider different perspectives.

Some sessions may feel free-flowing and philosophical — for example, exploring the ethics of non-monogamy, the impact of diagnosis on identity, or the current political climate. Other sessions, especially ERP or EMDR-focused sessions, may feel more goal-oriented and structured. I often suggest readings to clients, which we process and unpack in session together.

I offer concrete coping skills to manage life’s challenges and help clients create sustainable changes. If any of this resonates with you, I invite you to schedule a free 15 minute consultation call. Beginning therapy can be intimidating, so be proud of yourself for considering it.
