Meaningful change happens when clients feel truly seen and safely challenged.
How I work
I believe that meaningful change happens when clients feel truly seen and safely challenged. I hold a Master of Social Work from Columbia University, with training in CBT, DBT, and ERP, alongside a grounding in psychodynamic, attachment-informed work.
My clinical experience spans a range of settings and populations, including working closely with college students and young adults navigating identity, family dynamics, and the transition into adulthood. I have a particular interest in OCD and disordered eating, drawn to the clinical overlap between the two and the chance to help clients loosen the grip of rigid, anxiety-driven patterns.
I don't think structure and depth are at odds. I bring the precision of evidence-based protocols together with genuine curiosity about the attachment histories and relational patterns underneath what brings you in, so you understand not just what to do differently, but why old patterns took hold in the first place.
I approach every client relationship with warmth, genuine curiosity, and zero judgment. People do their best work when they feel like a person first, not a diagnosis. That doesn't mean avoiding hard truths — I'll gently name what's really going on when it matters, but always from a place of care rather than confrontation.
