How I work

I'm a graduate student pursuing my MSW at Columbia. What brings most people to therapy is some version of feeling stuck — anxious, low, going through the motions — and my work starts with getting curious about that rather than rushing to fix it.

My approach draws on ACT, Internal Family Systems, and somatic work. That means paying attention to the parts of you that are trying to protect you, to what your body is doing while you talk, and to what actually matters to you underneath the noise.

I work with adults on anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I have a particular interest in religious trauma and in questions of spirituality and meaning — you're welcome to bring those into the room, and equally welcome not to.

I see clients under close clinical supervision as I complete my training.
