I understand first hand how daunting it can feel to begin therapy, especially when healing seems out of reach. I value the inherent dignity of each human being and do not prescribe to normative expectations around identity, particularly gender and sexuality.

I have experience working with both adults and adolescents, specifically around anxiety, depression, trauma (including physical and sexual abuse), psychosis, grief, relationships, exploring gender and sexual identity, and deconstructing oppressive identities such as Whiteness. My therapeutic style is informed by a psychodynamic approach and is person-centered, trauma-informed, and built on each individual's strengths.

I have also completed training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy and am available to meet with couples who need a safe place to talk.

I strive to provide each client with a soft place to land, where healing is possible with the help of compassion and honesty. I really look forward to getting to know you.
