I am a Licensed Master Social Worker specializing in work with adolescents, young adults, adults and couples navigating anxiety disorders, trauma, grief and loss, and relational challenges.

In clinical practice I take a holistic approach, integrating humanistic and psychodynamic frameworks alongside CBT, DBT and EFT. I weave together approaches that are both process-oriented and practical. No matter the concern, I use an individualized and collaborative approach to make therapy work.

At the heart of my work, I believe healing happens in relationships — with ourselves and with others.
