I specialize in supporting adolescents and young adults using trauma-informed care, attachment-focused, psychodynamic, and DBT techniques. I can help you develop socioemotional skills in communication, conflict resolution, coping strategies, and mindfulness. Additionally, I support navigating existential and societal expectations that prevent you from being your authentic self.
If you’re a young adult struggling with depression, weighed down by anxiety, childhood trauma, or struggling with relationships, you’re not broken, you’re human. Maybe you’re questioning your “purpose’, comparing yourself to impossible standards, feel disconnected from your life, or are unhappy in your current situation. Together, we’ll explore what matters to you, challenge narratives that aren’t serving you and build a life that aligns with your identity, needs, and values.
For parents of adolescents with growing autonomy, I provide a warm, welcoming space where your child can be exactly who they are, without judgment or pressure to conform. With a focus on radical empathy and socioemotional growth, I can help your adolescent navigate depression, anxiety, school stress, or trauma affecting their daily life.
At the core of my work is the belief that human connection can produce sustainable healing. Together, we can explore how the past shapes your present, navigate life’s challenges, uncover more of who you are, and improve your mind/body connection. I welcome you to schedule a free 15-minute consultation. I’m here to walk with you.
