Reaching out for help can be daunting — you want to know that there is someone in the room with compassion, understanding and unconditional positive regard. You might feel trapped in cycles of depression, anxiety, impulsivity, shame, dissociation or self-doubt. Particularly for people navigating family estrangement or attachment trauma, connecting to your authentic sense of self can feel elusive. I provide a trauma-informed framework for people seeking to better understand themselves — whether healing past trauma, exploring LGBTQIA2S+ identities, navigating open relationships, or integrating a psychedelic experience.

Using an integrative approach, I'll help you build confidence, release shame, and feel comfortable in your relationships and inner life. I also have expertise working with people living with schizophrenia and with substance use — seeing you as transcending any diagnosis, and supporting you in overcoming the stigma often found in that lived experience.

In our work you'll find a safe, collaborative and compassionate container to process experiences and move forward. My style is warm, gentle and nonjudgmental, while also offering clear and direct challenges to help you grow.
