With curiosity and care, we will create a therapeutic space for you to gain greater insight into yourself and your relationships. I approach our space with warmth and understanding, while challenging you to deepen your attunement to yourself.

I'll guide us through whatever is coming up right now — whether it's a general sense of stuckness, challenging life transitions, or identity exploration. We'll learn how the past may be impacting the present and how to find more easeful paths forward. Using a holistic framework, we'll draw from psychodynamic and relational therapies for greater introspection, and use tangible tools from cognitive and dialectical behavioral therapies.

Our work is contextualized in the larger social, cultural and political realities that may shape your life and experiences. I root my practice in anti-oppressive and feminist values, and draw on my experiences as a queer Middle Eastern clinician. I often work with adolescents and young adults, queer and trans folks, and POC communities on a range of challenges.

Therapy is a discipline of hope — a belief that things can feel different. Carving out a space for growth and change is possible.
