Sarah Czwartacky, Advanced Clinical Intern
We all have a lot going on: our friendships are changing, our jobs are stressful, our families can be overwhelming, just to name a few. Dealing with, handling, or working through it, whatever it might be, on your own is not required. That’s where I come in. I want to hear it all from what’s giving you grief, to what you’ve accomplished, all about your friends or partners or family, and what kind of goals you’re setting. And, while I’m obviously oversimplifying a little, you shouldn’t have to, because “it” isn’t simple.
Deciding to begin therapy, prioritizing yourself, and putting in the effort are no small feats; finding the right therapist is a key step and I’d be honored to take it with you and create the space you’re looking for. Therapy with me can feel like a casual chat, an emotional deep dive, a step-by-step how-to, or even a gossip session. We're collaborators, and where you lead, I will follow. My goal is to help you connect dots you didn't realize connected, define what "progress" means for you, and to help make the challenging parts of life feel lighter, clearer, and more manageable. You will always be the expert of your own experience and I can only hope to help you further that expertise.
I specialize with folks experiencing anxiety, depression, and/or ADHD, those navigating life transitions, new, changing, or complex relationships, and specific focuses on burnout, body image, and confidence. I won't have all the answers, but I offer a comfortable, compassionate, and person-centered space where we can try to find them.
