In my sessions, I offer a collaborative, self-tailored approach that is grounded in honesty, compassion, and real conversations.
Specializing in substance misuse and addictive behaviors, while also seeing clients who are overall exploring their relationships with substances and other addictions.
I work with clients who have lived through painful experiences who are looking for safety, understanding, and respect. I am LGBTQ+ affirming and trauma informed, striving for clients to be able to show up authentically.
I have a warm, straightforward approach to therapy and believe real change happens when we’re both able to speak openly - working together towards healing, growth, and clarity!
With my training in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, I can offer education, referrals to prescribers, and provide integration services during your treatments.
I work to create a safe container where you feel supported, challenged, and most of all - empowered.
