I want to hear all about the challenges life has thrown at you. This might sound weird coming from a therapist, but therapy is not for everyone. If you are ready to do the work, I would be thrilled to walk by your side.
It takes uncommon courage to examine your mind, your relationships, and ultimately your life. In my practice, we create an intentional relationship rooted in warmth and curiosity. I draw upon a decade of experience as a private yoga and meditation instructor to mindfully hold space for you to safely explore the different parts of your self. We uncover feelings, patterns, and long-held beliefs in real time. This process leads to self-understanding, and eventually self-acceptance, action, and healing.
I specialize in working with insecure attachment and codependency, dysfunctional families and childhood trauma, addiction and substance use disorders (self or loved ones), perfectionism and burnout, chronic stress, anxiety and depression.
Even though we are not able to escape hardship, we can develop practices to widen our window of tolerance. In this moment, you might feel overwhelmed – you need support in making the unmanageable feel manageable. Taking this first step is a great start.
