Hannah Heller, Advanced Student MHC Intern

My therapeutic work is guided by a trauma-informed lens and a respect for the truth that each person is the expert in their own life. I am especially interested in supporting clients as they unlock places that feel stuck, where they feel unheard or unappreciated, and to uncover personal paths of resilience, clarity, safety, and healing.

My background in the performing arts taught me how essential expression, curiosity, and vulnerability are to human connection. Through that work, I came to see that recognizing our longing to be different from who we are now can be a powerful step toward self-acceptance and stronger connections in our own lives. I bring that sensibility into the counseling room, creating space for honesty, exploration, and new ways of experiencing yourself and your story.

I especially welcome those sorting through questions of identity, creativity, relationships, or belonging. Together, we can create a space where your voice and values guide the work we do.
