Chris Schwartz, Advanced Clinical Intern
Life rarely unfolds the way we imagine it will. Even when things look stable on the outside, something inside can feel off or painful. Many people come to therapy during moments of transition, loss, or quiet confusion, when old ways of coping no longer fit.
I take a client-centered, evidence-based approach to therapy grounded in my training as a social worker. My work is informed by a systems perspective, which means understanding people within the context of their families, relationships, work, communities, and culture. What we experience internally is often connected to forces beyond us.
Alongside my clinical training, I bring over 15 years of experience as a creative director working across industries, nonprofits, and complex organizations. That work shaped how I understand pressure, identity, and the expectations people carry in their everyday lives.
In our work together, therapy is a place to slow down, reflect, and gain perspective. A space where you can feel heard, respected, and supported as you make sense of your experiences and find a path forward that works best for you.
If this resonates, I invite you to reach out. We can connect, talk through what you are looking for, and decide if working together feels like the right fit.
