Our path in life is our own precious journey, which defines our history and determines our legacy. Like every journey, there may be unexpected turns, directions to choose, difficult positions to sustain, and conflictual decisions to make. I am an experienced Mental Health Counselor with an international background in clinical psychology and research.

I specialize in working with adults navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and bereavement. I have also served many college students and the specific issues and challenges they deal with. My primary goal is tailor treatment to perfectly fit with the idiosyncratic characteristics of each patient.  

Therapeutically, I use an integrative approach that is client-centered and focused on the specific needs and goals of my patients. I combine elements of psychological theory and research such as psychodynamic/psychoanalytic, cognitive-behavioral, social and gestalt psychology.

I am fluent in Italian, as well!
