I am an experienced Mental Health Counselor with an international background in clinical psychology and research. I am deeply committed to provide help during difficult phases of a person's life journey. I specialize in working with adults navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, substance use, relationship struggles, and bereavement. During my years of practice, I worked extensively with patients addressing recent and/or past traumatic experiences, especially within the framework of complex trauma. I am also experienced in working with couples and the specific challenges they encounter in each stage of their relationship.

I use an integrative approach that is client-centered and focused on the specific needs and goals of my patients. I strongly and goals of each patient or couple, and by combining psychodynamic/psychoanalytic, cognitive-behavioral, Gestalt, attachment-based, interpersonal, and trauma-focused interventions. My primary aim is maximizing the effectiveness and efficiency of treatment. I am deeply committed to provide a warm and caring environment where my patients can explore and process their feelings and thoughts, gain insight into important aspects of their past and present, build new tools to manage stressors, and have a profound experience of empowerment.
