Life can become overwhelming at any point. The stresses that we experience can make it difficult to live the life we strive for. My goal as a therapist is to provide space, support, and healing from the emotional and societal stressors that impact how we navigate our everyday lives. I specialize in working with clients who experience life transitions, family and relationship conflict, and adverse childhood experiences.
My therapeutic style uses a multiculturally-informed lens, while attending to the experiences that have made us who we are. My style is non-judgmental, trauma-informed, and accounts for the experiences of those across various cultural contexts and identities.
